13. User Registration & Account Management
Certain features of DhroovAlins.com require users to create an account before accessing services. Users may register as:
- Customers
- Wellness Participants
- Wellness Professionals
- Partner Organizations
- Corporate Clients
- Wellness Centers
- Retreat Organizers
- Educational Institutions
Users agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
- Restricting unauthorized access to your account.
- Updating inaccurate or outdated information.
- Ensuring all activity complies with these Terms.
DhroovAlins may request identity verification and reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
14. Booking Policy & 15. Service Availability
DhroovAlins enables users to book services including Yoga Classes, Therapy, Ayurveda, Wellness Packages, Retreats, Workshops, and Online Courses.
Confirmation Requirements: A booking is confirmed only after required info is submitted, payment is received, the provider accepts the booking, and a confirmation is issued.
15. Service Availability
Availability depends on professional schedules, center capacity, location, and regulations. The Company does not guarantee continuous availability of every service listed.
16 - 21. Pricing & Payment Systems
16. Pricing: Prices are set by DhroovAlins or Partners and vary by duration, expertise, and demand. Prices remain fixed once confirmed.
17. Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards (Domestic & International)
- UPI, Net Banking, Wallets
- International Payment Gateways
- EMI Options & Bank Transfers
18-19. Authorization & Security: You represent you are authorized to use the payment method. Transactions are processed by secure third-party providers. Technical failures beyond our control do not create liability for DhroovAlins.
20-21. Taxes & Currency: GST, VAT, and platform fees apply as required. Currency conversion rates are determined by financial institutions.
22 - 24. Revenue & Promotional Offers
22. Commission: DhroovAlins earns revenue through commissions, platform fees, memberships, and marketplace sales. We deduct agreed fees before provider settlement.
23-24. Memberships & Promos: Membership benefits include discounted bookings and priority access. Promotional offers have specific expiry dates, eligibility rules, and no cash value.
25 - 31. Cancellation & Refund Policy
25. Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations must be made via account or official email. Eligibility depends on service category and timing.
26. Refund Policy & 20% Fee
Unless specified otherwise, approved refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed after deducting a 20% Cancellation & Administrative Processing Fee.
• Booking Amount: ₹10,000
• Admin Fee (20%): ₹2,000
• Refund Amount: ₹8,000
27. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before service.
- No-Show or failure to attend.
- Services already commenced or completed.
- Accessed digital content or course material.
28-31. Other Terms: DhroovAlins may cancel due to safety or operational issues. Approved refunds are processed in 7–14 business days. Exceptional medical circumstances may be reviewed individually.
32 - 37. International Bookings & Legal Acknowledgement
32-33. Global Services: Users are responsible for Passports, Visas, and Travel Insurance. DhroovAlins is not liable for visa refusals or airline delays.
35-36. Disputes & Fraud: Please contact Support before bank chargebacks. Suspicious activity is monitored and reported to authorities when necessary.
