38. User Responsibilities: Users agree to use the Platform responsibly and respectfully towards staff, partners, and other users. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete personal information.
• Maintain account credential confidentiality.
• Notify DhroovAlins of any account compromise.
• Follow professional instructions during programs.
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually.
• Comply with venue and Platform rules.

39. Health Information & Medical Disclosure

Users must disclose relevant medical conditions before participation, including: Chronic illnesses, heart conditions, BP issues, pregnancy, postpartum, mental health conditions, and any medication affecting participation. Providing accurate info enables safety adjustments.

40. Participation at Own Responsibility: Participation is voluntary. Users acknowledge physical activities involve risk and are solely responsible for deciding if an activity is suitable for their health condition.

41. Code of Conduct

Users must not: Harass participants, use abusive language, misrepresent identity, upload malicious software, record sessions without permission, or disrupt services. Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

42 - 44. Professional & Partner Responsibilities

42. Standards: Partners must maintain valid qualifications/licenses, deliver services professionally, respect confidentiality, and comply with all professional standards and laws.

43. Independent Relationship: Partner Service Providers operate as independent professionals. These terms do not create an employer-employee, partnership, or joint venture relationship. Partners are solely responsible for the professional advice and treatments they provide.

44. Verification of Professionals

DhroovAlins undertakes reasonable verification (Identity, Qualifications, Licenses). However, verification does not guarantee competence or results. Users should exercise independent judgment.

45 - 49. Wellness & Medical Disclaimers

46. Not a Substitute for Medical Care: Participation should never replace professional medical care. Seek professional advice for medical diagnoses, prescriptions, surgeries, or emergencies.

47. Medical Emergencies: DhroovAlins does not provide emergency medical services. In an emergency, immediately contact your local emergency responders or licensed physician.

48. No Guarantee of Results

50 - 53. Liability, Retreats & Indemnification

50. Retreat & Event Participation: Users must follow safety instructions and venue policies. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

51. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DhroovAlins shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use, technical failures, third-party actions, or professional advice from independent Partner Providers.

52. Responsibility for Partner Services: Partners remain solely responsible for professional advice, therapy, and treatments. DhroovAlins acts primarily as a technology platform facilitating discovery and payments.

53. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DhroovAlins from any claims or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of laws.

54 - 56. Suspension, Termination & Acceptance

54. Suspension & Termination: We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of terms, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity without prior notice.

55. Effect of Termination: Access ceases immediately. Pending bookings will be reviewed. Outstanding payment obligations and clauses relating to liability and governing law shall survive termination.
